Beaufort's IP inventory has been driven by years of industry experience. We acquired a strong and exciting IP list when the assets of Gretag's Canadian operation, Telepix Imaging, were secured. Our IP inventory possesses a comprehensive architecture and powerful digital imaging enhancers for fast, reliable digital imaging processing; it had also provided the building blocks for many successful products.

Because the Beaufort team led the development of Gretag and Telepix's technology and products, we are more than familiar with the intricacies of our IP inventory list. We know the years of development that went into these products. We know the markets they appeal to and the competitive advantages they offer. Beaufort will leverage these products to become a leader in the Photo Kiosk market segment and will continue to develop these technologies for existing and future products.

With such an extensive intellectual property base, envisioned, shaped and defined by our own management team - we are well-equipped to achieve our plans for future growth as we develop and market other adaptations of our core technologies. We also intend to explore the digital marketplace for future development and/or resale of the remaining products such as our online photo network and consumer and professional applications that are not core to the Photo Kiosk segment.
